Cut from the same pattern as our very popular “Veena” skirts, our Art Deco skirt has a wonderfully stretchy “waistband free” top, created from a super stretchy “slinky” fabric that not only holds the skirt up nice and snug, but also hides all those little lumps and bumps no one wants to see. The purple “slinky” top can be adjusted and rolled over to shorten or lengthen skirt to your liking. The float of the skirt is made from multiple fabrics in different transparencies from opaque to sheer, stripes, florals, velvets, chiffons, etc. to create a feminine work of art.
